Brett Riesenfeld

Mr. Riesenfeld serves as EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of Sitio Royalties. Mr. Riesenfeld joined Kimmeridge as the General Counsel of its mineral and royalty interest business in June 2019. From October 2010 to June 2019, Mr. Riesenfeld served as an attorney at Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P. While at Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P., Mr. Riesenfeld represented public and private companies in capital markets offerings and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Riesenfeld holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
